Sustainability Documentary Series in Sunnyside, Queens

Several Queens and NYC environmental groups have organized Future Visions, a movie and discussion series to take place the second Friday of each month this fall, at All Saints Church in Sunnyside Queens.  Sponsors include Sierra Club NYC, Neighborhood Energy Network, Tri-State Food Not Lawns, and West Queens Greens.  There is no charge but a $5 donation is suggested. 

Films at All Saints Church  43-12  46th Street, Sunnyside, Queens  (#7 to 46th Street stop)
2nd Fridays monthly at 7 pm  
December 12:  A Convenient Truth:  Urban Solutions from Curitiba, Brazil (52 minutes) Curitiba, Brazil is a world-class model of intelligent, people-friendly sustainable urban planning.  The film shows cost-effective innovations in transportation, recycling, and affordable housing.
