Queens Botanical Garden Hosts Spring Egg Hunt

March 7, 2013- Flushing NY—Queens Botanical Garden will be celebrating Spring with our first ever Egg Hunt, to be held on Saturday, March 30 from 11am to 2pm.   We invite all children from the community to bring their own basket and search for eggs hidden in our crabapple orchard and Arboretum.  The fun continues with seasonal crafts activities, old-fashioned games, seed plantings, free face painting and a special visit from Flora the Flower, QBG’s mascot!  The fee for this event is $5 per child—Garden admission is free until April 1.  This event will be held weather permitting.
